Welcome to DoorReach. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before signing up.
DoorReach is a software-as-a-service platform that helps real estate professionals and property managers identify off-market leads by aggregating publicly listed rental property data, enriching it with owner contact information from third-party sources, and facilitating direct mail outreach via a third-party mailing service (Lob).
DoorReach is operated by Ridgeline Property Management, based in Bend, Oregon.
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident or entity in the United States to use DoorReach. By signing up, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are being used in violation of these Terms.
You agree to use DoorReach only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:
Property listing data displayed on DoorReach is sourced from third-party platforms (including Zillow) and public records. Owner contact information (mailing addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses) is obtained from third-party skip-trace data providers who aggregate county assessor records, USPS data, and other public and commercial sources.
DoorReach makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Contact information may be outdated, incorrect, or belong to a person other than the current property owner. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.
DoorReach facilitates physical mail delivery through a third-party mailing service (Lob). When you send letters through DoorReach:
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring basis.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of price changes to active subscribers.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including (but not limited to) for: violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or conduct we determine to be harmful to DoorReach or other users.
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your account and all associated data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
DoorReach and all related software, designs, trademarks, and content are the intellectual property of Ridgeline Property Management. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or content without express written permission. Data accessed through DoorReach is licensed for your personal business use only.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOORREACH AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF DOORREACH SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DoorReach, Ridgeline Property Management, and their affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your outreach campaigns or letter-sending activities; or (d) your violation of any applicable law.
DOORREACH IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THIRD-PARTY DATA PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of DoorReach shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Deschutes County, Oregon, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of DoorReach after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
